Our customer had sagging and drooping Carefree of Colorado "Paramount" awnings on his 2018 Tiffin Allegro Bus. The side seams had stretched and warped due to weathering and polyester cotton stitching rotted and missing. These Carefree of Colorado awning were made with horizontal seams running left to right along the awning, which while they work, are not as strong as vertical seams.
After replacing the worn out awnings with our custom made replacement Stone Vos Paramount patio awnings, you can see the sides are no longer sagging. This is because we fold over the fabric and double stitch the edge with Solarfix Teflon thread. Rather than having horizontal seams, the overlap seams were made running vertically out from the coach wall giving extra strength to the awnings.
Our customer needed to replace all of his four Girard G5000 slide out toppers. They had come apart due to the polyester/cotton thread degrading and the canvas succumbing to dry rot and thus stretching.
Our CoachGuard acrylic canvas has Teflon embedded threads that make up the weave of this canvas as well as Teflon coating. His new Stone Vos replacement toppers are made in one piece and stitched with Solarfix Teflon thread for durability. Teflon is impervious to UV rays and extreme weather temperatures.
Our customer was tired of this laminated vinyl OEM awning and ordered a Stone Vos replacement Weatherwrap awning.
Our customer's old awning was degraded from the weather resulting in pin holes, stretching and thread rot.
Our customer chose a Black Migliore vinyl wrap to match the black hardware. Once the awning is rolled up the rollertube & canvas fabric is covered by a 14" wrap that protects the CoachGuard acrylic canvas from wear and tear. The look is streamlined and neat.
The newly installed fabric will relax over time and the creases will smooth out. No more pin holes! Migliore vinyl & CoachGuard acrylic canvas are carefully selected for their quality and functionality to make the best awnings available anywhere.
Thread failure on the original awning caused the overlap seams to come apart. This is a perfect example why Stone Vos uses Solarfix Teflon thread to prevent awning failures.
The striped color combination called CoachGuard "Chambray" color code CG516-72 was installed for a more traditional Airstream look.
This Airstream customer wished to have a more classic look to their RV and changed out the original gray non-descript awnings to new replacement Stone Vos Awnings.

The original gray color awnings did nothing to enhance the appearance of this classy Airstream.

Our customer's awnings had the thread come loose after rotting on their Girard patio awning. This caused separation of the material swaths.
Here is a closeup of the material separation from thread failure.
Our customer chose "Tan" CG-14 to replace their failing patio awning on their Girard assembly. Our "Tan" CoachGuard is double stitched with lifetime Solarfix, a Teflon thread that won't rot.
